Patent Engineer
Applicants must have the following qualifications to apply:
1.Proven track record with at least 2 years of experience as a design engineer
2.ECE/EEE/CS BE/B.Tech, or ME/M.Tech from a reputed university

4.Patent experience is helpful but not necessary
Paralegal/Legal Assistant/Docketing Specialist
POSITION SUMMARY:
Assists in the management of a rapidly growing patent portfolio.
1.Provide administrative and technical support to the Director of Intellectual Property.
2.Management of daily incoming and outgoing correspondence with patent counsel and patent offices.
3.Assistance in coordination and preparation of U.S. and international patent application documents from filing to
issue.
4.Administration of invention disclosures and internal confidential documents.
5.Management and maintenance of IP-related files, paperwork and databases.
6.Monitoring of the prosecution status of pending IP applications on multiple online resources
7.Coordination of IP Incentive Award program status and details.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Competencies.
1.Self-motivated, able to work effectively on a variety of active matters, and possess a high level of attention to
detail.
2.Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
3.Assistance in coordination and preparation of U.S. and international patent application documents from filing to
issue.
4.Ability to commute to Boulder office required.
5.Demonstrates professional, positive attitude, open to others’ ideas and exhibits willingness to try and/or
implement new ideas.
6.Be adept at identifying and solving issues or problems independently.
7.Must have intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook and Adobe Acrobat software.
8.Bachelors degree or higher in arts, commerce, compute applications or sciences.
9.Good writing skills.
