Prakash received his J.D./MIP degrees from Franklin Pierce Law School. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics, a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the University of Rhode Island.
Prior to starting Global IP Services in 2003, Prakash worked as an Engineer and Project Manager at Hewlett Packard. After achieving his law degree, he worked at both Hewlett Packard and SAP’s Legal Departments. His law firm experience includes working at Schwegman, Lundberg, Woessner, and Kluth.
Prakash is registered to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office and the Indian Patent Office. He is a member of AIPLA and the Massachusetts Bar.
Shince earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in Houston, TX.
Shince specializes in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, particularly in microprocessor-related patent applications and
computer software and hardware patent applications. Additionally, he has worked in
drafting several client opinion letters advising courses of action with respect to PTO Office Actions
