All our offices are fully staffed to create a one stop shop for our clients and to service all their IP-related needs. We provide a wide range of services including prior art search, landscaping, legal research, patent drafting, filing and prosecution, trademark protection and prosecution, IP litigation, IP due diligence, opinion work, IP licensing, and IP-related training and awareness seminars.

Our hybrid model, composed of US based attorneys coupled with Indian based support staff, such as secretaries, paralegals, IT support personnel, illustrators, transcribers, patent engineers, and associates, allows us to provide our clients with high-quality patent prosecution at a reasonable cost.

Objectives of Bangalore Operations

We service the needs of companies that create IP outside of or in the United States or UK. In today's global market, where most MNCs have their R&D facilities in India, our Bangalore operation brings a US law firm literally to their doorsteps. Our local presence helps these companies maximize their IP potential by obtaining world class IP services without paying a premium and without compromising on the quality of such services.

Our other objective is to service the needs of our clients that develop their IP in the United States, and are interested in considering an outsourcing model for their IP services as a cost cutting measure. This objective may be particularly suited for start-up companies that are interested in pursuing an IP strategy but are strapped for cash, and MNCs that have bulk patent filing work, where outsourcing such work in volumes will be a significant cash saving measure.
